This pretty wrap is done in a lace weight merino wool/silk blend. It is very soft and the material drapes beautifully. It is the perfect Spring and Summer wrap, warm without being bulky; casually elegant and very easy to make. I hope you enjoy this free pattern. ![]() Materials 2 - 440 yd/50 gram hanks Knit Picks Gloss Lace Yarn ~ I used the Jade colorway F/5/3 3/4mm Hook or size needed to obtain gauge Tapestry needle for weaving in ends My wrap measures 12” by 51” Gauge 8 rows x 6 CL + 2 sc = 2 inches Stitches and Abbreviations: (ch) chain (sc) single crochet (dc) double crochet (sk) skip (sp) space (YO) yarn over hook (lp/s) loop/s (st/s) stitch/es (CL) Cluster: *YO, insert hook in stitch or space indicated and draw up a lp, YO, draw through 2 lps on hook; rep from * once more in same stitch or space, YO and draw through a 3 lps on hook: CL made (sh) shell: 5 dc in sp or st indicated Ch 302, sc in 2nd ch from hook and each chain across. Ch 1 turn (300 sc) Row 2: sc in 1st st, ch 2, sk next 3 sts, sc in next st; *ch 3, sk next st, sc in next st **, (ch 3, sk next 3 sts, sc in next st) twice; rep from * across to last 4 sts, ending at **, ch 3, sk next 3 sts, sc in last st, ch 1 turn. Row 3: sc in first sc, *ch, sk next ch 3 sp, CL in next ch 3 sp, (ch 3, CL in same sp) twice, ch 1, sc in next sc; rep from * across; ch 6 (counts as first dc and ch 3 sp on following row), turn. Row 4: sc in next ch 3 sp, ch 3, sc in next ch 3 sp, ch 3, dc in next sc; *ch 3, sc in next ch 3 sp, ch 3, sc in next ch 3 sp, ch 3, dc in next sc; rep from * across; ch 1, turn Row 5: sc in first dc; *ch 1, sk next ch 3 sp, CL in next ch 3 sp, (ch 3, CL in same sp) twice, ch 1, sc in next dc; rep from * across, working last sc in 3rd ch of turning ch 6; ch 6, turn. Repeat Rows 4 and 5 for pattern, ending with row 4. Ch 1, turn Finishing row: Sc in 1st dc, ch 1, * skip next ch 3 sp, sh in next ch 3 sp, ch 1, sc in next sc, ch 1, repeat from * across working last sc in 3rd ch of turning chain. Fasten off, weave in ends, block and wear!!
