To begin, ch 11
Round 1: 2 sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 8 ch, 4 sc in last ch; working on opposite of starting ch, sc 8, 2 sc in last ch, join w/ slip st in 1st sc, ch 1 (24 sc)
Round 2: 2 sc in same st as join & next st, sc 8, 2 sc in next 4 sts, sc 9, 2 sc in last st, join w/ss in 1st sc, ch 1 (31)
Round 3: 2 sc in first 3 sts, sc 9, 2 sc in next 8 sts, sc 10, 2 sc in last st, join, ch 2 (43)
Round 4: Working in blo, hdc in same st as join and ea st around, join with ss in 1st hdc, ch 2 (43)
Round 5: hdc in same st as join and next 15 sts, hdc2tog 8 times, hdc 11, join, ch 2 (35)
Round 6: hdc in same st as join and next 13 sts, hdc2tog 6 times, hdc 8, join, ch 2 (28)

Bow tie
With F hook, ch 6
Row 1: sc in 2nd chain from hook and each ch across, ch 1 turn (5 sc)
Rows 2 & 3 - sc in each st across, fasten off.
Using small piece of yarn, tie it tightly around center of bow, secure and tie to center front of shoe
