Materials:
1 4 oz skein Red Heart Mixology Swirl P hook Tapestry needle Stitches and Abbreviations: mr - Magic Ring dc - Double Crochet sc - Single Crochet ch - chain ss- slip stitch sc2tog - Single Crochet 2 together - insert hook into specified stitch, pull up a loop, insert hook into next stitch, pull up a loop, (3 loops on hook) yarn over (yo) and pull through all three (3) loops. sc2tog complete This pattern is written in American Crochet Terms. Round 1 - make a mr, ch 2, 10 dc in ring. If you don't know the mr method you can ch 3, make 10 dc in 3rd ch from hook. Round 2 - 2 dc in each stitch around. Join with ss, ch 2 Round 3 - 2 dc in same stitch as join, dc in next stitch, *2 dc in next stitch, dc in next stitch, repeat from * around. Join with slip stitch, ch 2 Round 4 - dc in same stitch as join and in each stitch around, join with ss, ch 2 Rounds 5 - 9 - repeat round 4, join ch 1 Round 10 - sc in same stitch as join, *sc2tog, sc in next stitch, repeat from * around. Join with ss, ch 1 Round 11 - sc in same stitch as join and in each stitch around. Fasten off, weave in ends. Wear or gift! |
