The past several days I have been channeling my beloved Gramma. She taught me to knit when I was a child of 8 or 9 years old. Such patience she had!! Being left handed, I presented quite the challenge for her. She was right handed and asked everyone she knew that was "leftie" to teach me. There wasn't anyone, so I learned to knit right handed.
Here is my first knit pattern. I have seen a lot of "Pink Pussy Hats" on line. Women all over are knitting or crocheting them as a tribute to women's rights. I thought that my doll needed one as well and decided to fancy it up a bit with a cable down the center.
