Here is my Front Post Double Crochet hat adapted for the man in your life! Made of Universal Yarn's 80/20 wool/acrylic blend it is sure to keep him warm in the cold weather. I edged this hat with a Front Post Reverse Single Crochet. It didn't create the usual Reverse Single Crochet (Crab Stitch) edge; it gave it a nice smooth finished edge. I am really quite happy with the way it came out. This hat takes 1 3.5 oz skein of Universal Yarn's Classic Worsted.
Reasonably priced at $2.57 per skein on Craftsy this worsted weight yarn comes in a variety of colors. You can see all of their colorways in the link above.
