mr - magic ring
dc - double crochet
lp - loop
flo - front loop only
ss - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
st - stitch
ch - chain
This pattern is written in American Crochet Terms.
To begin, with P hook make mr, ch 2, 10 dc in ring. If you don’t know the mr method, chain 3, 10 dc in 3rd ch from hook. Pull tail tight.
Round 2 - 2 dc in each st around, join with ss in top of ch 2. Chain 2. (20 dc)
Round 3 - *2 dc in first st, dc in next st, repeat from * around. Join, ch 2. (30 dc)
Round 4 - *2 dc in first st, dc 5, repeat from * around. Join, ch 2. (35 dc)
Round 5 - 9 - dc in each st around. Join, ch 2
Round 10 - dc in flo around. Join, ch 1
Round 11 - sc in each stitch around. Join, fasten off, weave in ends.
