April's Happy Yarn Mail

I got home from a weeks vacation 3.31.2018.  I flew (my first time flying) down to South Carolina to see my sister, Laurie, and her family.  It was a wonderful visit; it was nice and warm and sunny!  I never see family as much as I would like too.  Everyone is busy working, going to school and raising children.  It is still winter here in Maine; will spring ever arrive?
Guess what was waiting for me when I came home?  This month's Happy Yarn Mail!!  Yay!!  Yarn mail is the best mail. 

What was in this happy envelope, all covered with sprinkles?  An adorable beret pattern, two skeins of yarn, a cute little button with yarn and sprinkles, and a sticker announcing "your yarn party".
The yarns are both by Lion Brand, DIY yarn in Cream and Touch of Alpaca, a 90% acrylic, 10% alpaca blend.  It is so soft and squishy!  The color is called Purple Aster.  The pattern, Parisienne beret can only be gotten through Happy Yarn Mail.  I haven't had a chance to get started on the beret yet, vacation set me a little behind!!  Nothing new there.
