The other day I blogged about Moogly's Diamond Crochet Cowl. I am happy to say that I have finished another one, this one done in Cascade Yarns Pacific, this is a lighter weight worsted yarn, it is 40% merino superwash wool and 60% acrylic. It is beautiful to work with, washes fabulously and is light yet warm.
Moogly's recommendation of using a thinner worsted weight yarn for this cowl is spot on!! I have found that using a lighter weight yarn makes the cowl so, so much more comfortable. It drapes nicely and isn't so stiff looking like the Red Heart with Love one. Here is a quick pic of my finished cowl ~ There is a link to the pattern in the pic. You can also see the video on how to make this cowl here ~ _ http://www.mooglyblog.com/basics-of-the-diamond-crochet-cowl-and-fptrc2tog/ Comments are closed.
