Here are some more of my favorite patterns. When I first picked crochet back up while I was recovering I made a lot of plain beanie hats. As I gained more confidence in my abilities I began exploring the internet for other patterns. One of the first sites I came across was Stitch11, I was looking for something different than the beanies I had been making. I found her Sunshine Sara hat was just what I needed for a change of pace. A short time later I was talking with Corina on-line and discovered she needed someone to test a new pattern for her! I was up for the challenge and she forwarded me the pattern for her yet to be named toddler dress. I was so happy; I agreed to help her test! Here is a pic of the dress that I made. This adorable little dress and matching leg warmers fit my little granddaughter perfectly. She was so happy that "her" Grammie made her a dress!! Corina has since named the pattern Ella's Request Toddler Dress. Moving on from just making hats I found another wonderful website called Cre8tion Crochet. The woman that is the creative force behind the scenes is great. Her patterns are easy to read and follow. I really enjoyed making the Fancy Market Bag and gave it to my dear friend Louise. I have since deleted the pics I took of my bag, so I don't have one of my own pics to show you. I really liked making these bags, and found just how much that I love working in cotton. Another of her bags that I have made and love is the Chevron Market Bag. This bag pattern comes in two sizes. The pattern is well written and easy to follow. For more great patterns visit Cre8tion Crochet. All of the patterns that I have shown here are really easy to make; the patterns are well written and FREE. I have made so many things over the past several years that it would be impossible to fit them all into one post. So I will bring you more pattern links to my favorites at another time. In the meantime, Hook on!! Affiliate Link ~ Craftsy is have a huge sale for Memorial Day ~ I ordered some of this yarn for just $1.57 each!! I may be compensated if you purchase through this link.
