Red Heart Baby Hugs product & pattern review by Cheryl. All opinions expressed in this post are solely my own. I have not been paid in any way or form for this review. The Last night I made an adorable teether lovey pattern that was sent to me by Red Heart Yarns. For this teether lovely I used Baby Hugs Medium in the Peachie colorway. This soft 100% acrylic yarn is a #3 weight yarn. Baby Hugs also comes in a #4 weight, both types come in 4.5 oz/290 m/318 yd/127 gram balls/skeins. This yummy new yarn from Red Heart has been tested for over 300 harmful substances, is colorfast and certified to be free of harmful substances by the Oeko-Tex Standard 100; if you wish to find out more about this testing I have included a link. This testing makes this soft, easy card yarn safe for all of the precious babies that you knit and crochet for. Machine wash and dry makes Baby Hugs is easy to care for; it is oh so soft!! Perfect for any baby, toddler or children's project that you may have in mind. The recommended hook and needle size for Baby Hugs #3 weight is H & 9. The recommended hook and needle size for Baby Hugs #4 weight is I hook and a 9 knitting needle. Both of these recommendations are for US sizes.
