![]() This is the final part of the V-Stitch Shawl that I created for the Designer's Potpourri Crochet-A-Long. When you reach the end of Row 68 Do Not Fasten Off! You will be working in the ends of the rows from this point on. Here is the pattern for the three rows of edging. Edging for V- Stitch Shawl Abbreviations & Stitches Used sc - single crochet ch - chain picot - to make, ch 3, slip stitch in 3rd chain from hook ss - slip stitch tc - turning chain Row 1 ~ Ch 2, *2 sc, in end of 1st row, ch 1; repeat from * to the point of shawl. In space of point you will make 2 sc, ch 4, 2 sc. *ch 1, 2 sc in end of next row, repeat from * (67 times.) Ch 3, turn Row 2 ~ sc in first ch 1 space, *ch 3, sc in next ch 1 space, repeat from * to point; in space of point work sc, ch 3, sc. *ch 3, sc in next ch 1 space, repeat from * to end of row. Ch 3, turn. Row 3 ~ sc in first ch 3 space, picot, ch 1, *sc in next ch 3 space, picot, ch 1, repeat from * to point space. In point space, work sc, picot, ch 1, sc; *picot, ch 1, sc in next ch 3 space, repeat from * to end, ending with a sc in tc space. Fasten off, weave in ends and block. This concludes the Simple V-Stitch Shawl pattern. I have really enjoyed designing, creating and sharing the crochet a-long patterns with you.
